The company begins under the name of MAHERSA in the industrial zone of Coatzacoalcos-Minatitlán, in the state of Veracruz with a group of three professionals and minor contracts in the Industrial facilities of PAJARITOS in Veracruz
Services are extended to the industrial complexes of “La Cangrejera” and “Morelos” for Petróleos Mexicanos, highlighting the main Archimedes pump installations in the equalization lagoon of the “La Cangrejera” petrochemical complex and the erection of Ethylene Glycols tanks in the “Morelos” petrochemical complex.
Our participation in the development of public buildings begins, we are assigned the completion of the Mexican Embassy building in Belize, project of the renowned architect Teodoro González De León and working as well in various states of Mexico on buildings for universities, technological institutes and others.
In order to attend to a broader branch of work, the first expansion begins, forming new companies that come to integrate the Construction Group in its early stages. Here, federal institutions such as the Ministry of Communication and Transportation (SCT) and also Federal Roads and Bridges for CAPUFE are added to the list of clients.
The group continues its growth by adding another division that addresses the health sector in Mexico. It participates in the construction and supervision of Health Centers, Family Clinics and Hospitals for the ISSSTE throughout the country. These located in Baja California, Baja California Sur, Veracruz, Tamaulipas, Chihuahua and Sinaloa.
With our trajectory in the health sector, the Embassy of the United States of North America invites us to participate in the construction of a facility for the Department of Agriculture in the APHIS program for the city of Tijuana, Baja California. Our participation includes the design of a comprehensive project with an innovative system for training and control of microclimates.
We participate in jobs with CFE on various states in Mexico. Contracts on hydroelectric dams, substations, access roads, and other facilities, increasing our presence and experience in various fields of engineering and construction.
Currently, we have a presence throughout the country and international projection. We have highly trained personnel and can offer immediate response to develop any project or service in the shortest time and at a reasonable cost. Our group provides all the security measures and quality control to serve our clients.
